Synopsis:

The plot sees Brody and Polley as a couple of hip young scientists working away on gene splicing. Synopsis:

The movie begins in Los Angeles during a shootout between police officers and several bank robbers armed with automatic weapons. When the officers find that their normal means can't stop the attackers, they put out a request for assistance from the Special Weapons And Tactics (S.W.A.T) Unit. The group, which includes officers Jim Street (Colin Farrell) and Brian Gamble (Jeremy Renner) arrive on-scene, and prepare to infiltrate the bank. The police captain, Thomas Fuller (Larry Poindexter) attempts to negotiate with the suspects over a secure phone, attempting to get them to release several people being held hostage. One of the robbers has grabbed a woman and is holding her at gunpoint, using her as a shield. Gamble & Street infiltrate (disobeying orders) and Gamble shoots through the hostage's shoulder to end the standoff.



Back at police headquarters, Cap. Fuller is furious at Street & Gamble for their reckless actions, stating that the wounded hostage is now suing the city because of her injuries. Fuller removes both officers from SWAT as punishment, regulating them to "cage duty" (a degrading position involving the distribution of weapons & accessories to other officers).

Synopsis:

SS officer Ralf (David Thewlis) and his wife Elsa (Vera Farmiga) have a twelve-year-old daughter, Gretel (Amber Beattie), and an eight-year-old son, Bruno (Asa Butterfield). The well-to-do family must move to the "countryside" when the father is promoted (to Obersturmbannführer). Unknown to Bruno, the new house is near a Nazi concentration camp, and Ralf is the new commandant. Bruno initially dislikes the new house as he always has to stay in the house or the garden; also there are no other children to play with, apart from his sister. Casey Ryback (Seagal) has retired from the Navy and is a chef at the Mile High Cafe in Denver, Colorado. Two of Dane's former Department of Defense colleagues are on board the train, hiding their romantic relationship that goes against DoD regulations. Dane has them brought to him and threatens to have one of his mercenaries insert a burning needle into their eye, causing it to explode, unless they give him the codes needed to take over Grazer One. They give him the codes and Dane has them killed. Middle Eastern terrorists have offered Dane one billion dollars to destroy the Eastern seaboard by using Grazer One to target a nuclear reactor located under the Pentagon. Dane blows up a Chinese chemical plant in order to demonstrate Grazer One's capabilities to his investors and, after one investor offers an additional 100 million dollars, Dane destroys an airliner carrying the investor's ex-wife. The US government cannot locate Dane's headquarters and cannot target Grazer One because Dane creates fifty "ghost satellites" to hide the location of the real Grazer One. When officials destroy what they think is Grazer One, it turns out that they destroyed the NSA's best intelligence satellite.

Several of the officers are killed during the takeover, including Captain Adams (Patrick O'Neal); the rest of the ship's company are imprisoned below decks in the forecastle save for stragglers in secured areas. Strannix and his men also take over the ship's weapon systems for defense, shooting down an F/A-18 Hornet, and plan on covering their escape by launching a missile strike into Honolulu that will obliterate tracking systems in Pearl Harbor (at the cost of many lives).



The only thing in their way is the ship's cook Casey Ryback (Steven Seagal), who is really a Chief Petty Officer and former Navy SEAL with extensive special-weapons and counter-terrorism training. He was relegated to his current posting for striking an officer who had gotten his men killed in a botched commando mission during the invasion of Panama. He had lost his security clearance and was only able to serve as a yeoman or a cook. Luckily, Ryback is a good cook and at the beginning of the film, he was making bouillabaisse for the captain's birthday.

The movie opens with an 11-year-old girl and her mother standing by the subway waiting for it to arrive. Two men come and shove the mother, stealing her purse. The men climb on the subway and the woman and her daughter stay off. Just before the subway leaves one of the men shoots the mother. The young girl screams. We then see Sgt. Synopsis:

The movie starts off with a montage of fights and stunts from Chan's older movies including The Tuxedo and Operation Condor and then cuts to Bob Ho (Chan) waking up.
