Synopsis:

Continuing the previous adventure, 4 companions namely, Alex (Ben Stiller), Marty (Chris Rock), Melman (David Schwimmer) and Gloria (Jada Pinkett Smith), with 4 penguins they boarded the plane in an attempt to return to New York. But the journey, the plane they were traveling were damaged and collapsed on the African continent.
While waiting for the penguins to fix the plane, the four friends are seeking help. They terkaget so knowing they are in the wild, with the same group of animals. They began to approach the animal communities in these habitats and met with its leaders, Zuba (Bernie Mac), which turned out to Alex's biological father.

Synopsis:

Madagascar tells the story of four animals that try to break away from Central Park Zoo. The lion Alex (Ben Stiller) is the leader of all the animals at the Central Park Zoo in New York. Alex and his friends Marty The Zebra (Chris Rock), The giraffe Melman (David Schimmer) and The Horse Nile Gloria (Jada Pinket Smith) have long lived peacefully in the bars of a zoo, with all the ease, the food is always available and admired the visitors. As the anniversary of the 10nya, Marty and their three friends escaped from the zoo to be able to feel the free world. The foursome was also assisted by a group of penguins who also want to escape to return to Antarctica.
