Synopsis :
Reta and Santi are friends since childhood. They had separated for several years and met again in college. Reta fell in love with their classmates who are also lovers named Daniel Santi (Dimas Aditya). Knowing this, Santi conceal its relationship with Daniel, especially when Santi know if RETA brain cancer and was sentenced to life soon.
Santi wanted to make RETA happy at the end of his life, he eventually had to give up the idea of dating her boyfriend Daniel for RETA for three months. Time flies, and this month was the RETA and Daniel celebrate their events to 1 (one) year. Santi restless heart, for the RETA was still alive and healthy even more visible. Apparently RETA Santi lied about the disease so far that only RETA engineering. Hearing this crazy and kill RETA Santi, then cut up her body, and store it in a suitcase.
Daniel Santi acts very much regret, but he helps rid the body of RETA Santi. On the way, they have an accident and Daniel were killed. Santi's severe injuries was rushed to a hospital by his cousin, Moniq (Monique Henry). When Moniq was accompanied Santi in moments of his coma, all of a sudden strange happened, Moniq feel terrorized by something very creepy. Moniq finally learned the whole game of love from Santi's diary. Santi Moniq regrets because it was doing that stupid. Santi suddenly got up and tried to attack Moniq. Realizing that the attack but not the ghost of Santi RETA that is in the body Santi, Moniq decided to fight back.
