Synopsis:

They are in charge of investigating a series of bombings in Hong Kong by Chinese gang led by Ricky Tan (John Lone) and assassin Zhang Ziyi, a beautiful martial arts expert. Tucker was acting too much in Hong Kong, causing the problem are then solved by the ability to fight Chan. Though the two detectives are removed from the bombing case, unpaid debts between Chan and the criminals are bringing them back to America, to the middle of an international fraud syndicate that should they reveal.
