Synopsis:
During the Cold War, not the slightest hint that there is an atomic bomb minds. When the Soviet Empire collapsed, the bomb became a symbol of another era. it is wrong to feel safe. Terrorists are actively seeking nuclear weapons and fissile material, not to be used as a tool of political influence, but rather as a tool of mass destruction. like any human error which caused casualties every day.
