Synopsis:
Road construction contractors Sachin Tichkule (Akshay Kumar) is a dreamer. But the grandiose dreams will not come true because he did not have enough money to bribe! Worse, the commissioner's office was mayor of his ex-girlfriend (Trisha Krishnan) who now hate him. Along with Sachin journey through bad luck streak that happened, the film also demonstrates that corruption thrives in a bureaucratic system, as well as the steps 'magic' that must be taken one if it wants to survive in the system.
